HGR Rails — Linear Guide Rail Sold by Length

The rail is a separate part number from the block. HGR rails are supplied in standard lengths and cut to order from 100 mm, with the hole pitch and end distance fixed by the size. Give us stroke, mounting length and hole pattern and we return a rail drawing for confirmation before production.

Technical highlights

• Sold by length, cut from 100 mm — no fixed catalogue lengths to work around
• Hole pitch and end distance follow the size standard, so an existing drawing carries over
• Joint layout for travel longer than one rail is quoted with the rail drawing
• Bolt caps available to close the mounting holes (C3 to C12)
• Matched-set grades (SP / UP) require the rail and block to be ordered together
