HG Series Linear Guide — Four-Row Single-Arc Ball Type
The HG series is a four-row single-arc contact ball guide with a 45° contact angle. It carries equal load in all four directions and self-aligns within the elastic range, absorbing mounting-surface error. Sizes 15 to 65 mm cover machining centres, grinders, lathes and heavy-cutting machines.

Important: SP/UP accuracy and ZB preload are supplied as a matched block-and-rail set only. Interchangeable blocks are limited to C/H/P accuracy and Z0/ZA preload. Confirm the grade before ordering — it decides whether blocks and rails can be stocked separately.
Matching rails
HGR rails are supplied in standard lengths and cut to order from 100 mm. Tell us the travel and mounting length and we will quote the rail, hole pitch and end distance.
