HGW25CC Flange Linear Guide Block — 25 mm, Interchangeable
The HGW25CC is a 25 mm flange-type heavy-load block for machining centres and automation gantries. It bolts down from above and below and runs on the HGR25 rail. Interchangeable blocks cover Z0/ZA preload and C/H/P accuracy.

| Is HGW25CC interchangeable with HGH25CA? | They share the same HGR25 rail, but the block bodies differ: HGW is flange type, HGH is square type. |
| Can the block and rail be bought separately? | Yes, in Z0/ZA preload and C/H/P accuracy. SP/UP accuracy and ZB preload are supplied as a matched set only. |
| Which rail length do I need? | Use L = (n − 1) × P + 2 × E with P = 60 mm and E = 20 mm for HGR25. |
