PG Series — Integrated Position-Measuring Linear Guide
The PG series puts a magnetic encoder into the guide itself: the scale is embedded in the rail, the read head sits inside the block. You get guidance and position feedback from one component, which removes a separate linear scale and its mounting brackets. Travel can reach 30 m at 5 or 10 µm resolution, and because the sensing is non-contact, oil, water, dust and chips do not disturb the reading.

What is in the box
Rail with embedded magnetic scale, block with read head, cable in 1 / 2 / 3 / 10 m, and optional display or signal processor (LD / DP / 12). Cable exit and rail length are fixed at order.
Where it is used
Long-travel gantries
Where a glass scale would be too long or too fragile to mount.
Laser cutters and plasma tables
Dust, spatter and coolant are normal; the reading still holds.
Measuring machines
Guidance and feedback from one component, less stack-up error.
Retrofits
Adding feedback to a machine that has no room for a separate scale.
