Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 5 November 2026. This page explains how to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, what we delete, and what we are required to keep.
What we hold

How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line Data deletion request, and include the email address and company name you used when you contacted us. If you wrote from a different address, tell us which one; we need it to find the record and to make sure we delete the right person's data.
What happens next
- We confirm we received your request, normally within 2 working days.
- We delete the enquiry record, the quotation correspondence and the campaign parameters attached to it.
- We confirm the deletion by email. The whole process is completed within 30 days.
What we may keep
We keep the minimum records required by accounting and tax law: invoices, contracts and shipping documents for completed orders. Those records contain the company and the transaction, not your marketing data, and they are kept for the period the law requires. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share enquiry details outside the processors listed in our privacy policy.
Requests about advertising data
If you contacted us through a Meta or Google lead form, the platform also holds its own copy of your submission. Deleting your record with us does not delete it from Meta or Google. Use the platform's own privacy settings for that, and tell us if you want us to stop using the platform record for follow-up.
